Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any service on uubd. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the uubd website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). uubd is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult users. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on uubd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. uubd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. uubd reserves the right to request certified identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID — at any time and without prior notice. Accounts registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds held pending investigation.
2One Account Per Person
Each individual may only hold one active account on uubd. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited. Where uubd identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings credited during the period of dual registration may be forfeited. Genuine mistakes such as forgetting an existing account should be reported to support immediately.
3Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your uubd account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify uubd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
4Accepted Payment Methods
uubd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, and via bank transfer through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳200. uubd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the account used for deposits must belong to the registered player. Any deposit received from a non-matching source may be returned and the transaction flagged for review.
5Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. uubd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud review, or bonus wagering requirement completion. Players must complete any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal from bonus-credited funds is approved. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum threshold or that relate to accounts with unresolved KYC flags will be placed on hold until the relevant conditions are resolved.
6Currency and Conversion
All transactions on uubd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a game is denominated in a different currency at the provider level, the displayed balance in your uubd wallet will reflect the converted BDT equivalent at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction. uubd does not charge currency conversion fees; however, small rounding differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations. uubd is not responsible for exchange rate movements between the time a bet is placed and the time a withdrawal is processed.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
7Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses and free spins offered by uubd are available to eligible registered players only. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts that have not previously held a uubd account. Bonus eligibility may depend on the deposit method used, the minimum qualifying deposit amount, and the player's account standing at the time the promotion is active. uubd reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods from bonus eligibility. Promotions are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
8Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your uubd account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a rollover multiplier, e.g. 20x or 30x) applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any winnings generated from it being removed from the account automatically.
9Bonus Abuse
uubd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit rollover requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting technical errors or game malfunctions to gain unintended bonus credit. Where bonus abuse is identified, uubd may void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently excluded from the Platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the uubd Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

- Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age
- Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer and card games
- Depositing or using funds derived from illegal activity on the Platform
- Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at uubd staff or other users
11Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where uubd determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, uubd may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: temporarily or permanently suspend the account; void any pending bets, bonuses, or winnings; withhold or seize account balances pending investigation; or refer the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected. uubd's determination in these matters is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 20.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Management
12Player Protection Tools
uubd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to deposit limit tools, loss limit tools, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options through their account dashboard. These tools are free to activate. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation; self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration originally selected. Players are encouraged to use these tools at any time if they have any concern about their gaming habits.
13Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the uubd Platform may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the support email. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated, all marketing communications will be suspended, and any attempt to open a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Permanent self-exclusion requests will not be reversed under any circumstances. If you feel your gaming is causing harm, we strongly encourage you to use this tool.
14Account Closure by uubd
uubd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where uubd has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder is under 21 years of age; the account is being used in breach of these Terms; the account shows signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering; or the account holder is on a self-exclusion register maintained by a responsible gaming organisation. Upon closure initiated by uubd for a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account will be subject to review and may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
7. Intellectual Property, Liability, and Technical Issues
15Intellectual Property Ownership
All content appearing on the uubd Platform — including but not limited to the uubd brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, text content, images, icons, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of uubd or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any uubd content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of uubd intellectual property may result in account termination and legal liability.
16Limitation of Liability
uubd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. uubd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, game interruptions, or payment processing delays outside uubd's reasonable control. uubd's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17Technical Failures and Force Majeure
uubd shall not be held responsible for service interruptions, game malfunctions, or failed transactions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including server failures at third-party game providers, telecommunications network outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of government or regulatory authorities. In the event of a game malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, uubd reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected account balance accordingly, after providing reasonable notice to the affected player.
8. Amendments, Governing Law, and Disputes
18Amendments to These Terms
uubd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uubd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via support.
19Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the uubd Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. uubd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. uubd does not provide legal advice; if you are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in your location, you should seek independent legal counsel before using the Platform.
20Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your uubd account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should contact uubd support in the first instance. uubd will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 15 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support process, uubd may refer the matter to an independent third-party mediator. uubd's decision following the conclusion of any internal or third-party review process is final and binding on both parties.
